Agi Saari has been a leader in technology and professional services for over 20 years. She is VP of Strategic Transformation at Blytheco. Agi is a high-energy leader who achieves results by thoughtfully aligning people, process, technology, and culture. Her passion is to build and motivate high-performing teams to rally around common goals and mentor aspiring leaders. Agi has been a member of Vistage for 4 years and has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. When she's not at work, you can find her biking on her beach cruiser along the boardwalks of Orange County, California with Kol, her husband of 25 years. Together they have a 21-year-old daughter, an 18-year-old son, and a scrappy little rescue dog named Risky.

Lori Seal has been a leader in the software space for over 20 years. She is CEO and co-owner at Blytheco, a 40+ year national business software and consulting firm. Blytheco is a Best Company award winner and recently placed Top Firm status for highest employee engagement out of 4,000 firms. Blytheco’s leadership team subscribes to a high love – high performance work environment. Lori is passionate about personal and professional transformation.  She has been active in Vistage, a peer mentoring organization for CEOs and leaders, for the past 8 years and also assembled a board of long-time mentors and industry leaders. Lori’s past experience includes 13 years at Sage, a multi-billion-dollar business software company, in roles spanning finance, operations, strategy, and M&A. She is married to her husband, Marc, an accomplished musician, and is mom to two teenagers. 

Nancy Teixeira is a veteran of the channel ERP space, with more than 20 years’ experience leading teams focused on delivering channel success for some of the world’s leading ERP providers including Microsoft and Sage. Nancy is the Vice President of Partner Strategy and Sales for Sage North America. Her team is responsible for the overall channel go-to-market strategy, channel programs, partner recruitment and enablement, and customer retention across the Sage midmarket portfolio of products. Prior to Sage, Nancy served in a variety of channel leadership roles at Microsoft for over 10 years. Developing people and building “destination” teams is what motivates and fuels her. She is a multi-year nominee for Sage awards including: Inclusive Leader of the Year and Inspirational Woman of the Year. Nancy was named in CRN’s Women of the Channel. She has been married for 34 years, and is the mother to two adult children who inspire her to be better. When she’s not working, you can find Nancy climbing mountains or on a hiking trail.

Tammy Harris has over 13 years in the manufacturing industry and currently leads Bestbath, a national manufacturer of custom bathing products, as the first female president in the company’s 50-year history. As the leader of a family-owned business, Tammy and her leadership team focus on being a world class manufacturer that drives personal excellence and development throughout the organization. Corporate training programs, career-mapping for all employees and a monthly profit-sharing model help to create an environment of personal ownership. She is active in Vistage and teamed up with the organization to roll out the first Vistage Inside group in Idaho. Tammy is a mother of three, grandmother of two, and loves outdoors sports.
