Creatio's pricing model is unique in that it depends on the resources and features you choose to utilize. Monthly pricing is based on the following features:

• Number of users
• Number of contacts
• Emails per contact/month
• Deployment method (cloud or on-premise)
• Pricing model selected (subscription or perpetual licensing)
• Functionality required

‍Creatio Pricing Terms and Conditions:

1. The system is available in two deployment options—Cloud and On-site subscription.
2. The minimum annual purchase volume per customer is $5,000 which consists of Creatio products subscription cost or/and cost of any cloud or on-site Marketplace solution.For product Studio Creatio, free edition minimum purchase volume is not applicable.
3. Minimum contract period—3 years. A year assumes a period of 360 calendar days.
4. The maximum amount of Sales Creatio team edition licenses is limited to 100 per customer.
5. Pricing does not include taxes and fees (such as VAT) regulated by law.
6. The pricing of Marketing  Creatio is calculated based on the number of marketing users,  the number of active contacts, and email traffic. An active contact is a contact included in one or more marketing activities—campaigns, mass mail,or events—within a 12-month period.
7. The cost of implementation is calculated separately.
8. Monthly subscription to Creatio products includes all updates, technical support, and 1 GB of storage space. The cost of an additional 1 GB of storage space is $20 per year.
9. The price includes a standard data processing package: 5 hours of machine learning (in the general queue) and 100,000 predictions per month. The cost for additional data processing volume is quoted individually depending on the required resources.
